2:46 isn't a glitch. It shows that you already beat that boss, and that if you go down there and save, theres no point in doing the whole thing again. Its black beause it exploded, note the countdown when you ran from the metroid area

they are nice glitches an all but i just got the most fucked up glitch ever :S i went to boss rush went to the guy pressed E + N + D i flew out the window credits etc . then i downloaded the old version of the game got to mecha birdo killed him jumped to the right of the screen died and i got a boss rush time of 15 mins 33 sec and .27 seconds! WTF! lollol and i got 1 death aswell hmmmmmm wierd glitch but allrighty! and it applied the boss rush glitch to the NEW version o.o mwuahahahahahahhahaahh
