Thanks for posting! This is my all time favorite movie, I think it literally traumatized me as a child I still get creeped out when walking on the side of my bed at night!
That movie is great. But it kinda fucked me up a little when I watched it. Stephen King is the master!! I have not watched it since but did read the book and it was even better:)
@destroyer11388 Yes, absolutely. I think the idea is that evil can appear like a cute and innocent child. Also it is kind of the idea that the child is a victim of his father's own pain and hubris. He couldn't let go, he couldn't accept his death, so he really created this monster. It's a very dark tale, all around.
@SirJ4ck I don't think it is a reference to anything in particular, just a residue of the playfulness of Gage, dressing up, and also it's rather creepy.
@darkprose in the zeldas dead flash back scene theres a painting of a child in a simaler outfit behind rachel as she runs down the stairs. Its been a long time since i read the book but i dont recal the book describeing zombie Gages cloths like that.
What if they were lying and the ground wasn't sour? The kid would come back to life? He would go to indian heaven? Dogs would shoot rainbows from their ass and piss frozen ice treats?
@darkprose i have both seen the movie and read the book.... i don't recommend doing either right before you go to sleep lol. did that once and i freaked out the whole night, not fun
@julien111122 He didn't, but I've watched those videos too. And make sure you watch this movie, if you haven't before, even if this video spoils the twists. :P
@inferno232 Yeah, it does sorta spoil a few things. But, on the other hand, the film is, what? Two decades old or so. I think people have a general gist of the film anyway, and when they see the film, they will still be surprised at several things.
@darkprose ya they constantly referenced it back in the older seasons ( i think it must be one of their favorite movies considering they parody it more than anything else ) but they dont really do it anymore south park has really fell off if u ask me. fucking classic movie tho definitely my favorite stephen king adaptation
very good

to me it is truely the little kid in the film that scares me to think such a cute and innocent looking child can kill so many...
