  • Alluminum Foil is very TOXIC. These should be steamed in a small dish link cook quality glass plate(not a toxic ceramic plate). Then this will be very healthy. As well, Foil oxidizes with lemon juice and becomes carosive.

  • Do you realise that acid in the maranade can corrode the aluminuim foil? better to steam differently like asian way.
