Getting health insurance access to 36 million uninsured americans outweighs all his negatives. The more people who have coverage, the lower the costs for everyone are because the insured will not have to pay for the uninsured. Americans need protection from profit seeking health insurance companies. And Boehner said it himself, the bill will create thousands of jobs in Washington for unemployed Americans. I still want a public option though.

PPL say that poor should get an education and get a job idk I do respect your opinion, but while having a college degree is certainly helpful, it doesn't guarantee anything in this economy. My grandfather has a bachelors in engineering, laid off. He took a minimum wage job to survive ($8 hr + benefits). There are many kids out of college with degrees struggling to find a job, let alone decent jobs with benefits. It's not just democrats or lazy freeloaders a wide range of people are hurting.

Getting health insurance access to 36 million uninsured americans outweighs all his negatives. The more people who have coverage, the lower the costs for everyone are because the insured will not have to pay for the uninsured. Americans need protection from profit seeking health insurance companies. And Boehner said it himself, the bill will create thousands of jobs in Washington for unemployed Americans. I still want a public option though.
