Printing my retraction: The combo is quints, utility, 4 phantoms, a ghostblade, mobility, Galio, Zilean, Sivir and Gangplank w/one of them carrying a Revelrie. Revive+ghost summoners. Still don't know about the double revelrie. Guessing I'm wrong now, though.

You need ram with quints and utility mastery, ganglplank, nunu, sivir and zilean and you need boots o mobility, 3 phantoms, revelrie and a ghostblade to hit top speed, duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh.

@reddaredevil223 You got me there... you bringing my attention back to this got me thinking though: do 2 revelries stack? I only wonder because of how aura items work, stacking only once. Oh, and Ghostblade is faster than phantom in burst, it's just that it's activate is unique, so having multiples wouldn't help you. Still, I think maybe 2 revelries are called for. Just maybe.

(galio's speed buff only works if your in it)

and the somoner spell revive give insane speed when you use it+gost and you uber fast !

Heres a better guide.First of all grab revive and add the talent on defence which gives you speed while revive/use ghost/sivirs ulti/zilleans speed skill + ghost and replace one phantom dancer with ghostblade. ;)
