  • Love it!!!!

  • This tune is in D minor (Re mineur) and there's only two bass notes possible on this little monster: Only a C (Do) and a G (Sol) . If you play them, they don't sound in tune, because you will hear the wrong chords.

If you play in C, you hear some funny things as well from the bass, but it will sound better then in Dm.

  • I play this one actually quite slowly. It's a hard one!

I agree with catmelodeon, because we are the same person! I have more channels on Youtube.

  • that was great stuff

  • Bravo, ça swingue bien ! Du bon irish comme on l'aime, j'adore ton son : 5 *****

  • Merci Diato!

Peut-être un peu lent pour un reel, mais ce morceau est assez dûr à jouer!

  • Thanks hikoraroa! This melodeon is in C, and the tune is in Dm (Dorian scale)

  • Byut the way, what key is your melodion tuned in?

    thanks

I have a C#/D box which I bought because I like the melodeon style as well as the ability to play more chromatically. Every time I hear good melodeon like this, I get inspired ;-D

  • Fantastic version. I particularly like the way you do those fast-run trebles (?) in the B part.

  • A return visit. Great to hear the Congress Reel on the squeezebox and a lovely version it is. I also enjoyed your Cat Man Blues quite a lot. Regards, Tomnmazz.

  • Thanks! My variation comes from a piper on TG4.

I had already visited the Amadan page before and listened to your music. Great stuff lads!!
