@b5ist i'm sorry, but planche pushups are not even the equivalent of benching you own weight. when benching your own weight, the chest is the prime worker that lifts up the barbell. in the planche pushup, the anterior deltoids do the most work, then the chest, then the triceps. and there is also the subtraction of the weight of your arms. nevertheless, i prefer planche pushups to benching your own weight any day. it engages every muscle worked in the regular pushup as well as the lower back
