@braduh1 It works very well. I have had this particular unit since it was released in 2009. It has never had any type of defect issues and it is a very bright bar comparable to Whelen, FedSig, Code 3, etc. The only downside to this part is that it is only sold with universal mounts as opposed to vehicle specific which mainly just makes it harder for the outfitter of the vehicle that it would be going into.
Hey, THANKYOU for the video! I was wondering... how is the flash back? As I understand it the bar is completely straight. This bothers me as 84% of winshields on the roads now a days have an aerodynamic curvature to them. What are your thoughts?
@eastwoodisme There is a bit more flashback than some of the other full bars, but the main competition is the Star Phantom which we also sell and even though the Phantom fits better it's just not quite as bright as the eclipse and they all have some flashback issues. It's just a problem that's difficult to eliminate with interior lighting. The Eclipse is an incredibly bright bar. One of the brightest I've ever seen as you can tell from this video shot in broad GA daylight.
I have the KForce 47 now and have been thinking about using the eclipse. Can you tell me the advantage/disadvantages of changing? I know I will loose the 360 and the traffic director...... Thanks
@ncc0wby1 The eclipse is brighter than the K-Force light bars and they have the capability of blinding suspects with it's built in take down lights. The take downs could also be used as very power efficient lights for non-law enforcement uses. The Eclipse is also much less visible and also less evasive on your vehicle. What would you be using the bar for?

It's real nice. I truly believe that SpeedTech Lights are far too underrated. All of the products that I have sold and installed made by them was awesome. This bar is bright, pulls practically no power, and is very practical with the built in alleys. They are so bright it's like having a spotlight on top of the car which is great for police and anyone else who works or plays at night.
Hows that light work for you? I heard some bad reviews about speedtech lights.

@MartelsVics Wow blinding the suspect? Isn't there a liability in that for the police?
