El informacion de tuyo no es cierto. The top speed lock is not in the engine, it is in the ECU; this controls the engine. You can mod this by buying what you'd commonly hear called a 'Performance Chip'.

These performance chips are able to remove the Rev Limiter and Top speed governor. BMW has nothing to do with aftermarket ECU's. Se permite le en Espana, YO SE. Comprendas?

I bought a supercharger by ESS which is out of Norway for my 330Ci ZHP. It came with a new ECU, which removed a top speed.
