I appreciate your idea but couple of things brother!
1) This transistor should not be use without Heatsink! else Transistor will be fired up!
2) Transistor 7805 converts 12V dc current to 5V which is enough to charge mobile battery but battery can be hot and fired up if you continuously charge it for 30 Mins or more..
3) Charging mobile phone in a car makes sense but in motor bike it does not! Very high risk is involved because in motor bike either you have to ride or either you charge it.
