It is easy, when you have a decent webcam. I've recorded and streamed many regular DS playthroughs, which as you know have an even smaller screen. If you really want to stream or record your 3DS you should invest in a better webcam.

This isn't an exclusive. This was found 5 days ago.  Don't take credit for someone else's discoveries.
