Regardless of the turkish remarks, the owner (ahmed) was still completly in the wrong. Pushing him out the door like that & making him drop all his shit when the guy was walking for the door anyway.. and then ahmed is still scraping with him when he is outside. He got physical first so he deserved that head butt and a lot more in my opinion. And no im not racist. I just think this Turk got in there way over his head.

Same thing happened with some overly aggressive Turkish chip shop owners my way started attacking the customers, they ended up getting their place torched.

And yeah i used to get chips from old Northwood chip shop as well when i lived on the Gate-hill estate. Chinese run with the kid playing behind the counter. Lush chips there :)

@BamBoy88 Indeed, only downside is that he's bloody slow. We actually ordered some chips there once, drove all the way to the chippy in South Oxhey (as they do really nice burgers there) drove back and they STILL weren't ready!!!

But you have to get chips right, outside should be slightly crispy and inside should be fluffy, never greasy! which is where the kebab shop always messed up. greasy and soft :(

Ifthe owner felt intimidated he should have called the police while the customer was still in the shop. The customer in this case was looks to be legitimately defending himself. Besides the customer is always right. And he sounds Scottish to me. A quality Glasgow kiss!!

Good headbutt. Hey, the customer was assaulted, first of all, when he was ejected by force... Then the owner punks him out some more OUT IN PUBLIC VIEW... that's when the English dude takes action, when all can see that he's been repeatedly assaulted and was just defending himself. Insults suck, but don't justify physical assaults, which often just breed "return visits" of the worst sort later...

The video is misleading everyone. Before I started the camera rolling, the customer had been taunting the owner (he in the white shirt) for being foreign. (He's from Turkey).

That's why the owner chases after him because of that final insult. So although it looks like he acted unreasonably, I can assure everyone that the customer was in the wrong!

Finally, the police were called and a copy of the video given to them but they never made any headway in identifying him.

I love the way the workers act as if the patron was a fault. They must be used to sucking off the owner all the time. I would be soarly disappointed if the police did not arrest the owner for assault. He went at the guy who was clearly leaving. Assaulted him in the shop. Assaulted him twice outside before the guy saw no end. Good job protecting yourself.
