@Wambatkilla nope, normally you earn points through kills, which you can invest in weapons(you buy them in buying zones). On bigger maps (believe me, they are big. Biggets one is called Mesa btw) you can also buy choppers,tanks, different cars etc. with points too. There are also modded servers where you have to pick up weapons instead of buying.

i just downloaded the demo a few days ago but it's only single player and i was surprised i could actually run it even though it's not on full settings it's still makes up for it's great gameplay (after all gameplay is the most important element.) i am thinking of getting the full game sometime. btw: demos are a good way to know if your pc can run a game.

it would be great if they made more games exclusive for pc but the reason they don't a lot anymore is because graphics cards, RAM processors, hard drives and power supplies are a little too much work and money for the casual gamer so they port them to consoles because they have longer lifespans, a few good games for pc i can think of are crysis supreme commander stalker and stalker clear sky and most strategy games and some MMOs

I remember the first and only time I played multiplayer. I got killed 3 times driving to the enemy base. I only had a pistol, so I died in every firefight because the opponent had an SMG and had probably played more than once. XD

Finally I managed to sneak into a building in their base and when a player came in shooting at someone else, I quickly used strength mode and pistol-whipped him 4 times, thus getting my only kill. I think I'll wait to play Crysis again until I get a better computer.

Ahh.. that was a bug when it first came out, if someone pressed C to modify their gun, sometimes it would look like their gun is pointing up to other players. Not sure if it has been fixed or not, I haven't played in a while.
