Gulf petro-powers to launch currency in latest threat to dollar hegemony

The Gulf monetary union pact has come into effect, said Kuwaits finance minister, Mustafa al-Shamali, speaking at a Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC) summit in Kuwait.

The move will give the hyper-rich club of oil exporters a petro-currency of their own

its called eminent domain.the govt passed that law couple of years ago.illegal,against the constitution yes it is.

Eminent Domain is a part of the orginal Bill of Rights (see 5th and 3rd Amendments). Aside from that, most all property deeds include some stipulation as to easements that may be exercised by townships, etc., as/when needed in the interest of the local populace. This short news clip lacks significant facts in this particular case, I'm sure; but, suffice it to say that the property description and plot diagram should explain a great deal.
