You're right. . . I don't think it has ever been made available to the public by Disney or Silvestri, though there have been requests. Who knows. . . I've been on a similar path trying to find the name of the music/composer of another Disney ad of the same year.
No, the music I'm trying to find out about is another ad about the Happiest Celebration on Earth (posted by the same member as this one) that starts out with B/W footage of Walt Disney dedicating Disneyland then shows Tinkerbell flying over the Disney parks.
Imagine going on a trip with these guys!
