64 bit will help a lot if you're using 32 bit then you'll get some lag not much though when I upgraded cpu it stopped all my lag but I don't play with enb either I do lose frame though when playing in 3d but other than that nothing. Btw get you a tv or monitor that supports 120hz or higher it helps.
