the game puts the diaries in neptunes bounty with smugglers hideout so in total you should have 23. I found the other one but i forgot where i found it so if you know where it is me and every one here could really use ur help

You missed some. There's one about this guy getting info forced out of him by Ryan's friends about Fontaine. His body is next to the diary and he's hooked up to electric jumpers and handcuffed to pipes. There are others but I don't remember.

there's also another one in peach wilkin's hideout in one of the rooms that are frozen shut. there's two guy's frozen and they are all tied up and in ice. unfreeze them and it's either in one of their inventories or right next to them.
