The clips at 1:06 minutes in and 2 or 3 times after is a deleted scene from season 3. Sylar follows Albert Keep into the bathroom.Albert tries to leave,Sylar blocks him an tells him about his ability of never getting hurt or cut because of his very thick skin.He might ask questions. Albert is telikinetically pushed &held against a wall. Sylar said "It's impenetrable,isn't it?" Albert said "You can't hurt me." Sylar said "We all have a soft body." and removed the brain therough Alberts mouth.

However, as crazy as Sylar is, I have to say, he's yet to reach the "destruction of the Earth" stage, whereas the Master's WAAYYY past that particular stage of bonkers.
