To create the Red/Cyan cast, there is an easier way instead of using the Levels dialog box. Simply double-click the top layer (in the blank area of the layer) to bring up the Blending Mode Options dialog box, all you need to do is to Uncheck the Red channel from the RGB. This will create the color cast, after that, just align the top layer to the main focal point of the image, in your case, the water bottle...

You have to save the psd as an image. Go to file -> export or somthing like that and save as jpg or something similar.
