Digoxin, digitoxin and other heart glycosides are given in small doses, because it's extremly potent, and extremly toxic at the same time (Na+K+-Block). Homeopathy on the other hand is based on quackery mechanics, bullshitology and smartassological studies.They are in no way comparable.

why someone should buy bottle of pure water, which by definition does not contain even single molecule of that drug.

there are more chances to find that drug in the tap water than in the bottle of homeopathic medicine.

if you are lucky you may occasionally buy a bottle which have one drug molecule floating inside.
