This was great until she started making up stuff that's in the Bible. Amen at 1 kings 1:36 was not a name, it was an answer that someone was giving. Read the whole verse to get context. The sentence doesn't make any sense if read it as if they were talking about someone named Amen.

Amen in Kings1:36 is used in the beginning of the statement and not at the end. This is just another usage of the word. It doesn't define the word. Amen in the word Testament is coincidence: camen, amend, fundamental parliament, sacrament. Otherwise a good video.

The "LORD God" (All Caps) in the Bible is always refering to GOD, and "my lord the king" (lower case L) is king David. 1 Kings Chapter 1 verse 36: "And Be-na'iah the son of the son of Je-hoi'a-da answered the king, and said, Amen: the LORD God of my lord the king say so too." This passage is refering to when king David calls upon his priest and prophets to take his son Solomon to Gihon, and there to annoint him king. The part that says (Amen: the LORD God of my lord the king say so too.) Is being spoken by one of Davids men, it basically means that the Lord God says so also, to take Solomon and annoint him.

Your going back as far as the Hebrews not Egyptian. The Egyptians came way before and Amen or Amon etc... all mean the hidden. She made reference to Amen in 1st Kings 1:36 , they are throughout the Bible but the best one is Rev 3;14 it cant get more explicit than that and therefore makes alot of sense as to how the def. came to be and the way it is hidden in so many ancient Egyptian names.

Even if the "amen" claims are true, God in all His wisdom reads the heart of those who talk/pray to Him and discerns the truth of their words.
