  • Bayg XD

  • I love all accents!! i think it's only certain people's voices I don't like. i used to say i didn't like the Texas accent untill i actually met Texans and now i realize it was just Reba McIntyre's accent I didn't like. :) and I don't like Buddy from Cake Boss's voice. he annoys me. Other than that, love 'em all.

p.s. does the Native American accent count because i really like that one

  • i just love all off the American Accents xx XD <3 xx i wish i had an American accent i hate my English one i sound like a farmer lucky me ahaa xx

  • @BAMitzJaDe OMG u have en english accent damn ur so lucky i wish ihad an english accent instead of an australian accent lol

  • @PriyaJaySean92 Yeah thats true most people seem to hate there own :D xx Np :P xx Australian accents sound kool :D xx

  • I hate how everyone hates the southern accent! I was born and raised in South Carolina and most people do not speak with that stereotypical southern accent that is shown on tv.

  • You are super cute

  • Can we stop arguing about the north and south people? Civil War ended 150 years ago.

  • The MinnesOta accent is cOOl. That and the people are even better. :)

  • I guessed you had a Wisconsin accent just because of the way you said "comment" and " k thanks bye"

  • well i think you'll earn our respect if you can do a solid california accent, a midwest accent, southern, and brooklyn/new jersey accent ;)

  • your accent is so cute!!! i'm from Kentucky so some people here have VERY heavy country accents! i went to new Mexico and they said i had a heavy accent too, but i don't think i do because i live in the city haha!

  • You sound as if you have an accent, but try to control it. West coasters/New Mexico/Arizonians/mid-westerners seem to have a very similar accent. The lingo might be different in places, but it's the same. I'm not a big fan of the Southern accent or East Coast accent. Although from California, I'm not a fan of those that speak with Southern California colloquialisms.

  • I was born in Georgia but i now live in Washington (state) anyways i really wonder what do us Washingtonians sound like to everyone else? I forgot! And, :( i miss my southern accent. Georgia is my favorite!

  • people from wisconsin have the sexiest accents!!

  • I'm from Michigan, and many people have told us Michiganders that we have an accent (I guess it's similar to Canadian). The thing I dislike about the American accent, and I don't mean to be rude to Southerners, but I don't really like the Southern accent that much. However, that doesn't mean that I don't like people from the South. I just don't like their accent. The thing I like about American accents is that we can say 'h' sounds, unlike the French accent! (French 1 student)

    Hope that helped!

  • I'm from Northern California and speak with a standard "Western US" type accent. Its similar to Midwestern, but we hit our vowels in a less "nasally" way. There are some regional accents in the US I find fun to listen to, even if they aren't "pretty". Baltimore ("Balamer") is interesting and so is Philly and Pittsburgh (guess I just like Mid Atlantic accents). Coastal Southern is nice, but "hill" Southern kind of grates on me.

  • I'm an Aussie. I've become very accustomed to American accents due to how much American media is on TV, but if I had to pick certain accents to like and dislike, they would be: Boston and New York accents = Like aloot. Heavy southern and any kind of hillbilly accents = hate. Blech. A lot of people I know have the same attitude (well, it's generally more that they like northern over southern, but heaps also like Boston and New York accents over the others).

  • I live in Arizona, and, though people from here would say we don't have an accent, I've heard enough accents from around the U.S. that I hear mine. It's a very light Southern accent basically, though most people would disagree ((it's in my family, so I have that)) but we sound a lot like California or...Oregon or Washington, really. I love accents and doing them! Though the only one I can do well is the English accent. :p It's weird, though, everyone says they don't like the California accents..

  • @actressforever14 But whenever any one in California speaks, I don't hear the accent!

  • I can't stand Californian accents, it makes people sound so uneducated. Southern accents are the best(but not Texas that gets annoying), they run smooth. I don't like northwestern ones like Jersey or NY, they are so blunt, and rude sounding. But being from the South my opinion is a little bias :). Foreign accents I like are Irish and Argentinean :)

  • No accent is really better than the other, they are all unique in their own way, I like them all pretty much

  • The only accent I basically dislike is the very deep Southern drawl. Other than that, nothing really. Oh, but New York accents entertain me. ^_^

  • @Flexxlol comments like that are not appreciated.

  • @littlemisscakeface Please don't think all Oklahomans are like that. I'm from there, and all though admittedly, comments like this are not infrequent, the majority of us are not like that. Thanks.

  • @Flexxlol Please don't think all Oklahomans are like that. I'm from there, and all though admittedly, comments like this are not infrequent, the majority of us are not like that. Thanks.

  • @Flexxlol You know what? It's Racist, Prejudice, Discriminating people like you that make Foreigners hate us. YOU DISGRACE AMERICA!

  • @Flexxlol ....wow fail....

  • @Flexxlol Pff the south is a fucking parasite on the rest of America. There are still a ton of racists and retarded fundy christians that ruin it for the rest of us.

  • @Flexxlol Thanks a lot you moron for making the world think that all southerners are like that. People please listen; I am from the South; I'm not racist, I'm not married to my cousin and I am not even a conservative. Yes I go to church and I love the rebel flag but that's because I am proud of my heritage. Stop believing in stereotypes. Not all of us southerners are like that. There are racists all over the world anyway.

  • @Flexxlol shut up u inbred bitch stop having sex with ur cousin u fat bitch

  • @OhMeinSadie Oh that's sweet of you to say :) I actually prefer German accents out of European accents hahaha. Thanks for your comment !!

  • i feel bad everyones hating on the northeast :[ people from around here dont honestly sound like the people you see imitating them! for example, most people in new york (not the city, as there is a bundle of land near it which is actually a state, people... :]) more or less sound like the girl from fargo. yeah, we're nasally and annoying, but at least we're understandable and not super slowing talkers like people from the south or california. seattle accents have to be the best out of anything.

  • Lol that's funny

people in america like British accents.

People in america also have different accents around the country...

so it depends on what kind of accent you like really.

  • I find the Brooklyn accent annoying and intimidating. I pefer the northern accent. I'm from Delaware, America.

  • Aww hell no NY (Brooklyn) accent is the Best accent in the World, wish I had that accent dammit!!

  • Im from california, i think all regional accents are cool in their own ways. although i do tend to get annoyed by really strong californian accents, you know like the surfer or valley girl type accent. people think its just a myth but there really are people who talk like that. although i have to admit sometimes i might sound a little like that. I really like southern accents though.

  • Hi there =) im from Sweden. I dont know really what to say but i think real english from england is real beautiful but it can sound somehow a bit snobby thou... (sorry there) But anyway it does not matter how ppl prenounce stuff the most important is that one can understand it I think. =)

  • aww thats sad everyone's hating on New England. I'm from New England (Boston area). I don't have a Boston accent but i think it's cute on some people and people from different parts of Boston and New England have different accents so you can't really generalize.

  • Your accent isnt that bad except for a few words. New York and New England probably have the most annoying in my opinion. Wiscaansin can be annoying on some people, especially young adult males. But it sounds good on Red in that 70's show.

The Midwest is probably my favorite. Discluding Indiana (no offense to anyone).

California is too much of a cross-breed between midwest english, and british.

I'm from Orlando, Fl by the way. ;)

  • Wow, you definitely are from Wisconsin! I'm Californian and I probably prefer the standard Southern Californian accent to anything else, although the Midwest, being similar, is great too. Southern drawls get annoying, and so does anything from the Northeast. Michigan back through Minnesota and the Dakotas can be cute or annoying, depending on the speaker.

  • thank you for your comment! i've never heard a true blue californian accent, so i can't side with you there, but i DO agree with your opinion on the northeastern accents..!!!

  • I like yours bahaha. cuz it's mine ily

  • I'm American and from Texas but my favorite accent is a Carolinian accent. It definitely sounds more "elegant" to me than any other Southern accent and a lot smoother than the nasally northern accents and has more charater than the midwest neutral accent.

  • thank you for your comment! i prefer carolinian accents for southern accents too =]

  • @elementz1986 My Grandpa had that more gentile type Southern accent. I loved to listen to him tell stories just to hear it.

  • haha i think the talking with he 'Nose' is kind a annoying i think:P tho im not from the usa, but the talking out the nose and talk on 1 tune is realling annoying ha:D
