In fact it would be legal for you to (if you are licensed) to go skating while carrying your weapon. I woun'nt carry this weapon, to bulky and too heavy. Remember if you are carrying the weight and bulk of your weapon may cause problems. I normally carry .38 caliber Tarus # 85 or a SpringField .45 caliber XB. God Bless

@scpd613 I did actually sell the gun that day. I bought it back not long after. I do like the gun. I keep it in my truck. I had a guy approach my window one day on the way to work. "He said I'm gonna kick your..." I let him see the intimidating looking Judge & he changed his mind. It is great for that. It would make a good snake gun. It's fun to shoot. The cons? It is nearly impossible to conceal. It only holds 5 rounds. I wish it had a 6" barrel to go with the 3" chamber.
