Are these contacts good for someone with dark brown eyes. I am thinking of ordering the light green. I currently wear magic top green now. I just lost one and need to replace my set. I have been wearing colored contacts since I was 13 (i'm now 34...so it's been a long time!) I am just looking for good advice so that I don't waste time and money...Thanks :-) BTW I love your review, they look great on you! Are you wearing the light green or just green?

i ve seen a new color in their website called Giada and discribed as a ultra light green . do you have any idea about this colour? i hope it looks like the quartzos from solotika..it's the effect i m looking for..

I've tried several brands of coloured contacts and these are definitely my favs, hope they'll never discontinue these! It's a shame, there are so few light, blueish-green contacts on the market, most greens tend to be too dark and on too yellowish on shade.

When it comes to Soleko vs. Solotica comparison (I've tried solotica quartsos) I think Solekos look more natural in hazel/dark green/medium brown eyes as they're more translucent, offer more subtle color change and let your natural

limbal ring show so they can blend very nicely with natural eyecolor - my natural eye color is hazel/dark green and these solekos turn them into so natural blueish-green that none of my acquintances who hadn't seen me without contacts had thought color wasn't genuine.

On the other hand soloticas probably work better on dark brown eyes since they've more coverage and smaller pupil hole but on lighter eyes soloticas look quite unnatural compared to solekos IMO.

I ve bought these twice but the 1 is less coloured and it's darker than the other.although i like them i don't know if i will bought them again because i m afraid it will be the same problem again

Bu6ble, thanks for taking time to show us ur varies contacts. I just purchased Soletica Marine verde. I have blue greenish eyes I just wanted to enhance and bring more green out but not to change the color so drastic. The verde marine are beautiful just obviously contacts coz no one has that natural color. The perfect contact I found was by Soleko sold in Canada under cosmetic eyes..Misty green, no longer made. Can u tell me if this Soleko Verde is LIGHT translucent green? I would apppreciate it

This Soleko Verde is also called Light Green in

lenscatcher . com /EN (where I got it from)...

It IS very translucent, and when worn, looks like a darker more toned-down version of the Verde Marine...

But not sure if it could be the exact same shade

as your Misty Green...

They're both nice and very natural lenses,

and economic too -especially Solotica which is annual.

Perhaps you can start with Soleko Queen

(3-month lens, but can last longer, &very comfy)

as it's normally easier to find

(Solotica is Brazilian).

Hi hon, it's close but not exactly.

They're similar as they're both translucent & semi-opaque, but their pattern is different and Soleko allows your natural limbal ring to show around the lens, plus it has a bigger pupil hole.
