tournament is a one shot deal thing. There are two tournaments a weekend night. It plays the same as a survival except there is a tournament chart. If you win the whole tournament, you get a special colored beret, if you come 2nd, you get a special color fleece

can u just get into a random pick-up survival team or do you need a clan

they have a list of all the teams. it's harder to join a random team unless you have nice stats, lvl, and gp.
It's much easier to get on a team with a clan. on top of that clan member don't quit on you unlike random people
