So, did I here you right you have to have around 100,000 views and 100 subscribers before you can be a partner? Is that combined videos on just one video? I was able to get a Ad-sense account but I'm not a partner yet.. I only have 12,000 views on one video and 200 on another. That only makes 14,000 views and 10 subscribers as of today. @redsandy5 You have to have an adsense to become a partner because otherwise what would be the point of partnering you by YouTube? They wouldnt make any money. And sometimes if you have songs or anything like that in your videos then it puts ads and the owner of that content gets the money.

@redsandy5 Yes it is. I'm one, it's part of the partner program and your steps into it. Youtube can sometimes randomly put ads on videos. That doesn't mean you are their partner. You should of gotten an email from them to be partner's with them if something. Hope this helps (:
