@Silme037 whatever, if you've seen this episode and still think that, we should call House, because there is something deeply wrong with your brain and I don't know what it is. The final scene is an absolute masterpiece.
@kyebean it was okay, best part of the episode. This one wasn't as bad as Fall From Grace, but I just felt like it wasn't House. I know that had I watched that episode without being a fan for years I would have just found it boring and not continued to watch it. I feel like the writers are losing their touch, but The Dig was excellent, definitely one of the best in this season.

His GF breaking up with him, and going into a marriage as a transaction between a live in hooker/house keeper and a green card mostly to spite her is the definition of House. I never liked how House left things with Dr. Nolan. That guy saved House's life, & House blew him off & stormed out of therapy in a childish snit. They could both use some perspective from someone wiser than either of them. Can't imagine they've brought House's character thru so much hard won growth & change, only to let him relapse & die a lonely failure.
@smlivingstone I don't think Nolan was the kind of therapist House needed after having gone through rehab. Granted, he helped him during his time at Mayfield, but afterwards he was sort of... useless.
Oh thank GOD they broke up. I was worried for this show. House was getting way too happy and content. A happy in-love protagonist causes TV shows to get cancelled. If you wanna have a successful series, your hero needs to be mostly miserable...and House was getting way too comfy.

And if the hero tastes happiness, the next thing to do is to rip it away.There has to be perpetual conflict, external and internal. That's Drama 101 (coming way back from Aristotle). I know what I'm talking about. That's how I make my living. I'm a screenwriter (and have written for TV dramas as well). TV dramas have a very specific formula. It's why Dexter's so popular.
I realized a little bit ago that since Masters is new, she doesn't know the old (addict)House. It would be interesting if House went back on Vicodin to see how she took it.
Well he is definitely not going to commit suicide. There is no reason for them to end the show, and lets face it, there is no show without House. But he is going to be pretty screwed up, and seeing that he already was... I just can't wait until Monday to find out what happens!!!

House is so much house when he screws up things and when he feels bad about himself. My fav season was season 2 when we all thought he was gonna end up with stacy but finally didn't.
The scene on the roof was so good ! Last scene of Bombshells was so intense and reminded me of season 2!!
If House and Cuddy are done, and House goes back to popping pills and being an ass like 25% of the fandom wants...I'm done. And I'm sure the 75% of Huddy fans are too. We didn't watch for 7 years only to repeat the cycle. There is no point in going back to what we already saw for most of the show.
@RevolutionChick I remember watching House mostly for medical mysteries, powerplays and interreaction between all members of the team. That was the beginning and that held but seventh season seems to resolve majorly around House and Cuddy, instead putting the stress on the patient, they are putting stress on emotional turmoil. At this point if there is even more emotional turmoil House would heading to the level of General Hospital. As for Huddy, I don't care what they will do. I want mysteries.
@Verascez Understandable, and I respect your opinion. For fans like me, I started watching for the same reason as you - but the little spark I saw in Huddy had me going. Then season 5 came along and I was hooked. Yes, season 7 is a bit soapy, but I don't think it's as bad as some make it out to be. Shows change, we all know that. I honestly don't think the show would still be going, at least not going strong, if they did the same mystery episodes every season. Change was good for the viewers.
@RevolutionChick And while I do still love the mystery part of the show, I'm too interested in what they created over the years with House, his drug addiction (and ability to be sober until now) and Cuddy and his team. So to see most of that fall apart...I'd be bored watching anything different. I know many fans feel this way to, but some like yourself feel the opposite, which I respect.
Last episode was so amazing. I loved how they used the same shot at the end of the epi as they did at the end of last season, only this time there was no one there to save him.

House's reason to live was solving cases and house said last episode that he loved her more than his ability to solve medical cases, now he needs cuddy, and she's going to walk away cause he's "being selfish"? Cuddy doesn't fucking deserve House, hope SHE goes to the mental hospital for a couple of months and THEN HOUSE rescues the bitch.
@gabywwefan Huddy can never be anything but on again/off again. This is the tragedy of both of their lives. And David Shore's vision is way too dark to make this a happily ever after. I'm guessing you should stock up on some tissues. But in the meantime, they will each be in the orbit of the other.

Good lord, it's like watching House's funeral. I'm so disappointed in how crappy these past few episodes have been.

I'm so glad they broke up. Now, maybe, the rest of the cast could get their screen time back.
This episode seems to have a lot of potential. Whether he jumps or not.. Well, either way could be played off of.

House is so much house when he screws up things and when he feels bad about himself. My fav season was season 2 when we all thought he was gonna end up with stacy but finally didn't.
The scene on the roof was so good ! Last scene of Bombshells was so intense and reminded me of season 2!!

If House and Cuddy are done, and House goes back to popping pills and being an ass like 25% of the fandom wants...I'm done. And I'm sure the 75% of Huddy fans are too. We didn't watch for 7 years only to repeat the cycle. There is no point in going back to what we already saw for most of the show.

@RevolutionChick I remember watching House mostly for medical mysteries, powerplays and interreaction between all members of the team. That was the beginning and that held but seventh season seems to resolve majorly around House and Cuddy, instead putting the stress on the patient, they are putting stress on emotional turmoil. At this point if there is even more emotional turmoil House would heading to the level of General Hospital. As for Huddy, I don't care what they will do. I want mysteries.

@Verascez Understandable, and I respect your opinion. For fans like me, I started watching for the same reason as you - but the little spark I saw in Huddy had me going. Then season 5 came along and I was hooked. Yes, season 7 is a bit soapy, but I don't think it's as bad as some make it out to be. Shows change, we all know that. I honestly don't think the show would still be going, at least not going strong, if they did the same mystery episodes every season. Change was good for the viewers.

@RevolutionChick And while I do still love the mystery part of the show, I'm too interested in what they created over the years with House, his drug addiction (and ability to be sober until now) and Cuddy and his team. So to see most of that fall apart...I'd be bored watching anything different. I know many fans feel this way to, but some like yourself feel the opposite, which I respect.

Last episode was so amazing. I loved how they used the same shot at the end of the epi as they did at the end of last season, only this time there was no one there to save him.
Cant wait to see how this plays out- I just hope Cuddy takes him back in the end :)

House's reason to live was solving cases and house said last episode that he loved her more than his ability to solve medical cases, now he needs cuddy, and she's going to walk away cause he's "being selfish"? Isn't leaving a person because he's selfish a little selfish in itself, doesn't she want him to be EVEN MORE about her than he already is? Cuddy doesn't fucking deserve House, hope SHE goes to the mental hospital for a couple of months and THEN HOUSE rescues the bitch.

@gabywwefan Huddy can never be anything but on again/off again. This is the tragedy of both of their lives. And David Shore's vision is way too dark to make this a happily ever after. I'm guessing you should stock up on some tissues. But in the meantime, they will each be in the orbit of the other.
Next week's preview has got me as anxious as this week's preview did. I DO like Mondays, Bob Geldof!

@skater3314 Maybe that's how 13 is coming back into the show? House didn't seem to mind when 13 left, maybe because he knew why and maybe they're been in contact all along. So maybe when House didn't continue to keep in contact or sent her a final message, she came back from whatever she was doing away.
