  • the stuffing is very yummy and i like the way you roll the wrapper, i cant wait to make this....thank you so much for sharing i learn something good.

  • Now I tried this nice recipe and as Helen states in the video, the most important things are fresh herbs and a really good sauce. Helens sauce is great for europeans or americans because its without fish sauce.

    I made the rolls with pork meat cut into stripes because my friends didnt want to try the pork belly meat. That worked fine and tasted great also.

    Just make sure your dipping sauce(s) are there and u will have a great dish

  • I've been wrapping spring roll for over 3 years, but I never got myself a prefect roll. Not everything show up, because I stack everything on top of each other. Thank you for showing me the other way of rolling it.
