Yes that was Alexis' sister, unfortunately i cant tell u too much about her cuz i didnt watch GH then... But the words of the song were "Chasing the years of my life" so i was trying 2 show all the people Alexis has cared about over the years then the song goes "Theres never a wish better than this..." and then shes with her girls.. So sorry if it was confusing thats wut i was trying 2 do:)
