i have a question...... i thought 45rpm records could only hold 3 maybe 4 max, minutes of music. i have seen a few 45s like this one that are longer. like stairway to heaven, and hey jude. please explain how this is possible. thanks.
@MusicFanatic9592 To make longer records, they just space the grooves closer together. This reduces the audio quality somewhat, but allows more recording time per side of the disc. The practical limit is about 8 minutes per side of a 45, and 30 minutes per side of an LP.
Great sounding 45. I've got Bohemian Rhapsody on 45 also but its a terrible copy. It was recorded a werd tape bleed echo effect and record is really scratched with a big skip right on top of where he says fandango so it sounds like he says fango!
