I had a friend in prison who was from Belize - an old man who was so full of happiness I couldn't believe it (given our situation). He used to steal fruit from the chow hall and prepare it in the same manner they would in Belize (ie: an orange cut in half and topped with chilli pepper and salt) Delicous and heartlifting.
