I used the cardinals on an indoor bball court one time and they hurt like f*** because of the strap! I never used them again, rock 'em maybe but not play in them. If you have a wide width foot don't use these for basketball.
are you sure the basketball players were wearing the trainers and not the actually huarache basketball shoes? i cant imagine these shoes give the same support for the ankles especially when there is a huge hole there.
