hey,, im rewearing the invisalign bcus the first treatment didnt reli work for me. i meant i had 16 braces at the first treatment.BUT my teeth hasnt been any change...i was quite depressive. my dr.ordered another treatment for me which is free, and i am "re"wearing it. but the point is that they promised me it will be done within a year.... (that means it should be done in january 2011...) and now i need to spend 10 more mouths to rewear it.....
@missccrystal your teeth didnt change position? so it's impossible for them to let you put on new braces! hope you have nice teeth soon. but these things, different people get different result right? so be good and stick to the plan. good luck!!!

其實完左之後要keep住要帶最後一個牙箍做retainer
雖然唔洗24hrs帶，只需要夜晚帶
係要一直帶住…

我系諗緊做激光矯視定隱形箍牙先(yes.. i have very high degree of shortsightedness and i have ugly teeth at the same time..)
依家見到d個咁貴都係算lu 做左激光先:S

@rosanna88hk 用PAPER磨是指類似sandpaper的物體, 唔算舒服, 但唔會痛。一粒粒的東西只是stick上去,不會痛的~ 放心and good luck~

我習慣左~覺得好方便~而且佢都講唔一定要食完野之後刷牙,
因為有一些場合唔方便,可以潄口就好~

@Calicido 我盡量返屋企食，出街的話，唔會去茶餐廳。我已習慣在洗手間俾人望住擦牙了。不過千其唔好去商場廁所，太多人。

第一次係阿朱咪咪間野睇矯齒專科，因為怕透明貴，北上睇下有冇其他CHOICE，但係佢話我cool咗仲衰之後。我唔係好順，所以番HK洗牙時再問HK牙醫（冇留意係唔係專科），佢都係咁話我……
睇HK矯齒專科結果真係會唔同嗎？
適齒美做到的機會唔知會唔會大D，不過真係好貴……
