You call this the warm up! But I'd be on my knees at the end of it. Lovely energised moves. I keep looking for your work. You don't do enough! The new floor and white handkerchief dress is one of my favorites, one that I regularly watch.

HOLY SHIT! That was pure genious. I love it! Lighting could've been better, but you're so lucky to have access to dance studio to practice. I'm guessing that whole thing was choreographed, not just freestyle soloing, but wow. Great hooping! I will share this with my friends!!!

Wow, thank you so much for sharing your thoughts BCKspringer! I was just freestyling to one of my favorite songs...the sound gets me each time so I'm more in my body and it's all about feeling good and far less heady. Such is the power of music. :)
