My sole problem: you're focusing soley on the movie, what would be ok, if the movie offered us the "real" Daisy. Replace the scene with the false Daisy through the real one, and the clip will be near perfect.

Great show that died too soon. I just finished watching the entire series and the movie last night. I really thought the movie was fantastic and complimented the rest of the series. I think people are way too critical about the movie though. Yes Rube was gone, but his absence helped with George's development even more so. Yeah, they replaced Daisy, but the new actress that played her wasn't all that bad. Anyway, I love this song and I have plans to add it to my IPod. :-)

I found the movie rather disappointing.

There were a couple of changes that weren't for the better ,but, it the movie is still worth seeing despite the 2 rather unwise decisions. The TV series is better.

I agree Realme2007, this was one of my absolute favorite shows back in the day, and something to look forward to. I think I have to see the movie one more time, as I felt that there were some loose threads in the story - but the feeling of the movie was very good. Too bad some of the original characters were missing - like Rube. He was always my favorite :)
