My theory is that whatever this guy is doing is some kind of Precursor telekinesis, which may have been implanted or learned in some way. I think the guys in this trailer may be the characters from Ghosts of Onyx who were teleported.

I strongly believe that the Didact is the "ancient enemy" mentioned by 343i. It can't be the Precursor from the Forerunner Saga (I won't spoil anything specific here) with the events in the books. Plus, I think he'd be a good idea for a villain. A war hero, grieved over the genocide of all life in a galaxy (an act he knew was necessary, but regretted) and the possibility of the Librarian, his wife, is dead (though she could be alive, according to Halo: Primordium).

I know that there is a map called Postage, which is a map which is like hele pads everywhere etc, there is a map in a cave with a forerunner facility with lots of long corridoors in it, which is called kuanos. Check out halo 4 follower he has released a screenshot a while ago that ties to the realness of this cut scene. I also heard someone say something outside the door before the purple guy pulls him towards. Now think maybe this is master chief. I know he's wearing a different helmet but its possible this could be a cutscene were it changing and shows your character. For example in halo reach I give my character eva and it shows in the campaign cutscenes

Look at those shoulder pads if you ask my it looks more like elite armour, maybe the pull has something to do with the energy weapons the elites use, and that architecture looks very human, could halo 4 be partially set on earth? Plus the soldier which get pulled up looks like he's holding a halo shotgun, my guess is that in an attempt to create stronger Spartans in a Spartan 4 project, the rapid brain growth could have implemented psychic abilities, or something along those lines just guessing.

That is a Precursor. They were humans the were wiped out by the Forerunners. One remained and he is back to take the mantle that the Precursors had as the Leaders of the galaxy. His name is the timeless one. Hes a pissed off alien with psychic powers.
@apacheslim Precursors created the humans and then left ancient humanity and the forerunners to to themselves while they went to another galaxy. Then the ancient humans fought a two sided battle between the forerunners and the flood and got blasted back to the stone age literally.

the begining part is like a pissed off spartan so nothing wrong with that but whats with the force on the marine that has a scout spartan helmet? my guess its an animation test

@demonsasukefan what do you mean? like a pre-race? or just a beta-design? because to me when it looks the other way at the marine through the door it looks un human in its movement... Not to mention the freakin force pull!

@PeteTheGael lol yea force pull XD but what i mean by precrusor they are like the titans that created the godlike forunners and they are said to be very powerful i dont know much about them but i have heard that they make forrunners look like brutes in intellegence or soemthing like that lol

Hmmm. If it is an actual clip from halo 4, i have mixed feelings over the telekenisis-type action seen at 0:10 I think going down the supernatural powers route would take away from the game.
Due to that, im more inclined to think this is from something like red vs blue.

honestly, in the form it's in now and no proof of it having to do with halo other than the costumes, it seems more reminiscent to a star wars game than anything else to me, only thing that annoys me about things like this, you're only left to speculate and wonder with no facts until much much later

I would gladly think of this guy as a new Spartan, if he couldn't teleport persons trough walls. In my opinion, it ruins the perspective of the Spartans, if this footage is real...

That is a Precursor. They were humans the were wiped out by the Forerunners. One remained and he is back to take the mantle that the Precursors had as the Leaders of the galaxy. His name is the timeless one. Hes a pissed off alien with psychic powers.

@apacheslim Precursors created the humans and then left ancient humanity and the forerunners to to themselves while they went to another galaxy. Then the ancient humans fought a two sided battle between the forerunners and the flood and got blasted back to the stone age literally.

@apacheslim Actually, in Cryptum the last remaining, supposed, precursor is not humanoid at all. 343 worked with the authors and everything, so I doubt they would ignore an aspect of the story that big.
