I do too!! Whenever possible I use either the cup method or a spoon to feed my babies. It does take a little longer, but I think in the long run it makes a happier well adjusted baby!!
A mess is easy to wipe away. Using a syringe is fine also but for this situation I prefered feeding with a cup which is a perfectly acceptable way to handfeed a baby parrot.
What do you feed them?

I think the cup is more natural because they can feel it on either side of the beak.

Thats very messy, why not spoon feed, much easier, and wont ruin the incomming feathers once they start to grow more.

great video and I've rated it as five stars. Please check out mine on some 1930's trading cards of aviary and cage birds.
