Great tutorials, I made this website template, then sliced and coded it in dreamweaver all thanks to you.. I learnt more from you than I did in a whole year of college! Keep up the good work, I will definetly recomend you to anyone else wanting to learn this sort of stuff! cheers
Hi, i know you've probably stopped replying to comments on this vid but i was wondering if you could help me...
when i set the height for the content area to 100% it jst shrinks to the original size and doesnt repeat for as big as the content of the div is ... do you know why this is?
Also at the end of this video when you set the 'background-color:'; when i do this i still have the white sections underneath the sides...
Very thorough tutorials! You've helped me learned a lot about coding. Thank you thank you! You know, what would be icing on the cake is if there's one more tutorial explaining how we export this finished site onto a web host. Anyway, keep up the good work.
The greatest tutorial(s) of all times, thanks alot for your time, helped me a fucking lot getting the basics in place.
Although there is one question i have; i still have a problem with the footer, there is a space beetwen the wrap's end and the footer how do i make it come all the way up to cover the space?
Hey Patrickmodo, thanks for the great comment. Is there a clear both on the footer also if you keep getting the problem send me the code i will have a look for you. Thanks
ddalcu certainly got a point. That's an interesting question that could trigger the next series in order. Building in php and mysql in that gorgeous CHEAP ELECTRONICS website. Is it an intriguing proposal or what ?
No, I didn't get stuck, but I have a question: how can you make a div to modify it's height according to the content of it? Let's say that on the "white part" of the site you've presented, the text from there is generated by a php script which makes an mysql interrogation and it returns about 300 rows. How can you make that div height adapt to it? Thanks!
THIS WAS EPIC... Just watched all the episodes and it's now 4am so I must be off to bed, but this was a great great great help!
I wish I could have found a comparable video back in the days!
Good night, cheers, I'll do my own site soon thanks to this.
