  • Robert is just saying that r houses will be worth more due to demand overseas which in return make lumber, copper, cement ect more expensive.

Being Canadian I only got this to say.... DAMN RIGHTS..... U.S. is a gold mine right now ^_^ hahaha

  • Comment removed

  • @xantipathebest By Investing In The States, Canadians Are Helping Our Brothern To The South. Embarrassing ??? Hardly, What My Previous Statement Implies, If Anything, Is That I Do Not Believe In Complacency.. If You /Had Actually Read It As If I'm Saying It In A Conversation / Small Talk, You Would Have -- I Would Hope -- Taken Note Of The Laugh "hahaha" .... Indicating That This Being Said In A Light Hearted Manner..

  • @sniperchen

Has anyone question this moron, Robert Kiyosaki, that real estate value goes down here in the US, but there are 2 billion homes being built around the globe. How would that help the prices going up here 5 to 6 years from now.

  • @whyicare Doesnt Matter If The Market Is Down Or Up There Will Always Be Necessities In Life: They Are As Follows... Communication -- Email, Txt Messaging, Cell Phones, Home Phones etc... Clothing -- Fashion / Retail (everything from a mom & pop thrift store to Armani) Food -- Grocery stores, supermarkets, Costco, Restaurants etc... shelter -- Condos, apartments, townhomes, single-family homes etc.... thats why he's saying what he's saying

  • @whyicare There's different types of Real Estate. There's the type you, me, everyone uses called Residential Real Estate. Then there's the type Starbucks, Costco, Wendy's, McDonalds, Bank Of America, Citi Bank, Bob's law office uses called Commercial Real Estate. Then there's Industrial Real Estate. Which is used by warehouses, loading docks etc... When people say "real estate" most of us think of only residential, when really there's more to it than that

  • @whyicare Too True! So many people take what he says for gospel! If they then fail they blame themselves and not Robert!

  • @xantipathebest

I guess I misunderstood. thought you were laughing at them.

  • Fucked up glowing tie :D

  • RE: ChesterDoraemon

When you make a statement validate it...dont be a politician...when you make a statement be sure to back it with facts, or nobody will listen to you

  • One thing about Robert Kiyosaki that I like is that he is making it very easy for people to understand. I read books on business and could not understand anything and when I read RK's book, it is very easy for me to understand.

  • @oldguitardude

Prices going down here in the US. But around the world 2 billion houses are being built. How would that help the real estate market prices here. BTW, with so many foreclosures, inventory for existing homes glutted the market. Do expect prices to drop again. Also, prices set by supply and demand. Demand for homes in Botswana will not drive up prices here in the US. Also, ask yourself, 2 billion homes are built. World population is only 5 billion. What s he smoking

  • @whyicare Uh? What did I say? If you made more money than RK, then people would iisten to you. Cheers!

  • @oldguitardude

There is a site that says that he has 27 properties foreclosed, a drinking problem, and going through a messy divorce. Yes, he sounds rich as long as people like you buy his spiel. 2 billion homes built. There are only 6 to 7 billion on this planet. My bad I thought it was 5. Anyway, can you believe 2 bil homes being built. What about existing homes. Did analyse what he said then use your common sense to determine if he knows what he is talking about.

  • too many bad predictions in this segment.

    ouch.

hopefully they didn't buy the coastal areas in Florida and California....

  • predictions are hardly worth it, but watching trends can allow you SOME prediction - you can try to time the markets all you want, AND GOOD LUCK, but eventually diversity of allocation is the way to protect yourself - don't have all your eggs in one basket... buy low sell high

thats boring financial advice but sound - the only way you can really beat the hell out of the market is to greatly risk your net worth by focusing on a few investments only, and then you'll need more than good luck...

  • his tie is AMAZING

  • I was gonna say MULTICOLOR TIE

  • I wonder where is his rich dad?

  • "mortgage brokers" or drug pushers?

The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender. (Prov 22:7)

Free yourself like a gazelle from the hand of a hunter and like a bird from the hand of a hunter. (Prov 6:5)

  • I want that tie

  • Wheres the 2009 prediction?

  • @6:20, oil dropped in september,,, Asia is now not doing well. China's economy shrinked 10%,, other than that Robert kicks ass.

  • Chinese economy shrank? That's news to me

  • I think they are still on target. Oil prices dropped for a minute, but I don't think this will last. The growth around the world demands more energy, and we're 10 years away from an alternative to imported oil if we started yesterday.

  • good video but the comment that was made at 6:18 about oil is funny in hindsight

  • thank you mr kyo

  • Where is 2009 Predictions??

Does anyone know if there has been one made?

    Thanks

  • I was starting to space out when the White guy started to ramble... Kiyosaki is a good speaker; I can actually concentrate and listen to what he's saying the whole time.

Well, they were wrong about oil prices... whew.

  • I love these guys!

  • his tie is rainbowy

  • @TTINUHPLOTR , You know you made an observation that some people don't think about when you are trying to make a point any little distraction takes away from it.

That tie is Definitely, Rainbowy LOL

  • ugh my dad was on my account

  • that stupid bitch should of had more passive income. lol

    damn sisters

  • Can still buy silver? How?

  • obviously they are wrong on their prediction of oil

  • his sister calling him for help.

if he did not help her, HE is trash.

    :)

  • nice book.. the rich dad p[oor dad...

  • Buy silver and gold people!!!

  • Did he just say 2 BILLION homes being built today? 2 BILLION?! So in 3.5 days everyone on Earth will have a home.

  • What he said was today there are 2 billion homes being built all over the world, he didnt fucking say it takes a day to finish these homes you Tard, I bet your one of the leaker fuckers I will be feeding for free soon hey?

  • lmao isileili = noob

  • I don't personally like this man. But for once in my life, I agree with what he says right here.

  • Is it just me, or is that tie flashing? Is that something he wears in public or is that a malfunction in the video? Very weird.

  • we need ron paul in for president, he's the only one that will secure our borders and stop the flow of illegal aliens pouring into our country stealling american jobs, cap the h-1bwork visas who now many pakis and indians comming in here taking work on cheap labor, he is only one that cares to bring back the constitution to way it was. as Jessey Venturra says "dont start the revolution without me

  • Debz12180; u r very ignorant.

  • He is ignorant because he supports a presidential candidate that supports the Constitution of the USA?

This coming from a guy in Mexico.......

Fix your own country before criticizing those in the USA.

  • u too are very ignorant

  • I support the US Constitution.

So that makes people like me ignorant?

    What do you support?

  • not racism thats for sure.

  • so how do we write ron paul into the ballot? i can't figure that out for my state

  • Amen narbundi!

    I second that!

Robert is worth much more than his weight in gold and silver. The is no question to if he's the real deal only if an individual can do what he teaches. congrats on your online business!

  • Cool video...

  • I subscribed to you because it seems you might be able to help me with some of my questions. However, here is a question i'm not sure your videos answer. Do you know if Robert Kiyosaki for real? Does he actually tell you how to become financially independent or does he just motivate and leave the rest to you to figure out for yourself? Is he worth spending money on or not? Thank you in advance. :)

  • hey there, look i have seen them all robert kiosaki, anthony robins, bob proctor, peter span and countless others, and i can tell you that they do NOT teach you how to make money.

what they do teach (sell) is concepts (ideas)

they are great at marketing not at teaching.

I was lucky enough to meet someone who did teach concepts but then gives you the answer and show's you how to make a hell of a lot of money over a very short period,so they do exsist dont give up!!!!

  • you're an idiot. plain and simple

  • isnt bush going to freeze the election and stay in office?

  • Get Filthy Rich!

You Deserve To Be Filthy Rich, Too!

Get Filthy Rich = Get All The Hot Girls!

  • Want to hear Rich Dad call everybody (poor & middle class) a LOOSER?

Go to Rich Dad 2008 Predictions - Part 2

    Fast foward to 6:35

  • feel offended? Don't be the poor and middle class then.

  • That's it?... I get called a nigger 10 times logging into Youtube. LOL

  • Very intelligent man and intelligent group!!! We should listen and do what they are doing because actions do speak louder than words. Take a look at them...very successful investors and business people. We should emulate people like this!!! Thank you Kiyosaki and group for sharing with us!!! KUDOS TO Y'ALL for making it big and keeping it real! We need more people like y'all in this world.

  • shiny tie

  • Hehe, must be expensive.

  • I'm talking about the Us dollar being exchanged all over the world for FREEE TANGIBLE GOODS, thing which is greatly diminished now. The world needed dollars to buy oil so the world gave you real goods for the much needed dollar. With all the respect, DEBT is good only if a business or a nation can reasonably deal with it. You can't borrow a milion bucks, spend it on whatever and buy an icecream truck and expect to cover those payments. In this case you are in debt more than you can handle.

  • I couldn't agree more that the US dollar is losing its value. As I said, the US does have its problems and many things need to change. I believe we have the right mix of smart people to change. But the dollar is worthless because the federal reserve keeps defecating money into the world. And remember how the debt system works. Wise people save and deposit, entrepreneurs take loans and pay them back. An economy grows and becomes powerful. Sustained debt being spent by the govt is bad.

  • Face it. Usa is just an american dream and that is what it will ever be.Your nation's wealth was based on exporting those dollars to the worl but now that game is over; you are not getting any goods for pieces of worthless paper. You'll see the problems coming to america soon. And there's no one to save yo' asses. By the way, I know MANY people who came back to Ro after living there a few years. They said it's shit. Anyway we are goin up while u are going down its fun to watch you agonize, pigs!

  • relax dickhead.

  • I'm very relaxed, stupido. I don't have any debts unlike you. Now fuck off.

  • In response to your comment (I ask you to be cordial, I request a civilized, logical debate and I invite your ideas), I am an economics major. Look at Japan's economy in the 80's and 90's. Their fear of debt led to extremely slow economic growth. Your fear of debt, if a representation of Romania, will do the same. When people do not borrow from banks, the banking system is stagnant. When a banking system operates, it contributes to an economy. Entrepreneurs are given money and investors profit.

  • You are right, but only up to a point, smustang. Reasonable debt is good for economy. Debt which is INVESTED, not CONSUMED is good for economy. Don't foget that banks are there to take a share of the pie, of your profits. But in the States, money has been borrowed not to produce goods made there, but to import godds made elsewhere, mostly china.

Do you or do you not agree that americans have been living beyond their means? What about the US petrodollar no longer needed ?

  • Banks should take a share of the pie. They provide goods and services they should be compensated for. And actually, the reason the subprime loan market was created was because people were being good with their debt. credit and the economy were so good that banks were willing to loan to candidates with bad credit. Bad underwriting however, led to a credit crunch. Americans, in my opinion, make smart spending choices or make dumb ones and pay for them.

  • smustang11, you clearyly do not have a pulse on the average consumer debt for americans.

    Source: MSN MONEY

    "How does your debt compare?"

    By Kim Kahn

-About 43% of American families spend more than they earn each year.

-Average households carry some $8,000 in credit card debt.

-Personal bankruptcies have doubled in the past decade.

There is a proverb (22:7) that says: "The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is slave to the lender."

  • Yeah and you are wasting your time and money with an economics degree.

    Go for engineering and science.

The Keynesian fools in the educational establishment are one of the things that have destroyed this country.

    The USA is BANKRUPT.

Fear of debt? You are brainwashed and you do not even know.

Debt is going to bring the USA to a full on collapse.

  • the "debt" merely needs to be zeroed out... if HR 1207 has any real teeth we will find out who REALLY OWNS WHAT... the answer is the bankers, who, if zeroing out massive debt, will STILL be the richest...

the bible got it right - be neither a lender nor a borrower - usury is evil... THE FEDERAL RESERVE needs to have FULL DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY...

IF usury MUST continue it should more reflect the cost of the service & not be a permanent anchor on you as capital concentrates obscenely

  • You are a dumb dumb person.

  • However, you don't seem to understand basic economics and you don't see reality as it is in the states, my friend. If the majority of a country has payments to big to cope and the whole country is in such situation, than that nation is in trouble. As you can see americans are not living that well, but on creditcards and loans. You talk crap about Eastern Europe but here not that many people owe HUGE debts like in USA. It's fucking funny that in the so called rich usa everyone has BIG DEBTS.

  • Americans are the richest ..poorest people on the planet. Game over now, though. Asia will be the new consumers, USA will be low cost, low wage producers. Eastern Europe. not sure where you are headed. No where but up, probably.

  • Multi Coloured Tie

  • why the hell did you buy hoses in Salt Lake city for; I didnt know Romainia imported american hoses? Maybe your need to stick with killing your neighbors, you jealous shithead.

  • Fuck USA. A month ago, some US real estate company came here to Romania and tried to sell hoses in Salt Lake city to romanians. Supposedly they were cheap and affordable for us. I LAUGHED LIKE HELL! Fucking americans selling their country to the whole world. Is this how "rich" you are, stupidos.? USA seems to be an nice apple rotted to the core and you are going down. China is buyin USA piece by piece as they OWN trilions of dollars. See what'c coming next, broke ass nation of fat pigs!

  • hahahah. What the fuck is in romania? talk about worthless countries! please give me one thing better in romania than the US or one reason romania could be considered better than the US? how about the romanian history of despots and being a bitch to the soviet union? enjoy your lack of upward mobility, worthless past, and worthless future.

  • Do yourself a favour retard and check " Romania's economy" on wikipedia. Usa has a large GDP supposedly but this GDP and the wages that you brag so much about is eroded greatly by your mortgages and high fuel costs and other factors. Look how many people in shitty USA are living paychech to paycheck. Why is Romania better (in a way)? Romania's GDP is expected to surpass that of Italy's in 12 years from now, 90% of people OWN their homes etc. Surely there is more to do but WE ARE NOT IN DEBT!

  • Direct foreign investment still contributes to GDP. Who invests in Romania? The ex-Soviet satellite nation? There is nothing but corrupt government. Sure you have a two-story house, but it is worthless and even a poor american could probably buy several houses in romania. surpass italy in 12 years? even italy doesn't have a great economy; they are not a superpower. your small country is a waste, an ex-subservient country to a corrupt, worthless power which ruined itself.

  • Who's worthless? The world owns you; China got 1.3 trilion, Japan 800 bilion, various european countries got another 2 trilion. I myself bought gold and silver from USA giving you some worthless printed reserve notes back. Take them and wipe your ass with them. Romanians are broke you say? I got a 2 level house and an apt, my mom, my grandma and my sister each OWN a place FREE OF BANKS. Most people I know here own something. What do you own free and clear in rich USA? Get real. You are BROKE.HAHA

  • of course Americans take loans! if you have any basic grasp of rudimentary economics (which i doubt you have, due to extremely poor, government-run romanian schooling), you will learn that loans stimulate an economy. We still own plenty "free and clear" in the USA. my parents own their house, we also own the four cars in my family.

  • People knock the USA, but realize it's worlds better than your country and it has a mix of many races, creeds, and classes, including your own. OF COURSE i will admit we have many problems, like every other country, but we have the freedom (as long as democrats don't take office!)

  • Direct foreign investment is massively present in the States. Also your debt is mostly owned by foreigners, which means that your mortgages and other rates go to foreigners. Where did you come up with this "poor schooling" crap about Romania. All european countries and Canada have amazing schooling compared with USA's. My country is a waste? Strong words coming from an indebted loser. You have 4 cars (i got two), and you have no payments on them or the house? If so your parents are ok .

  • with all due respect smustang, you used to have a good economy and freedom, now you have a bad economy and quickly approaching fascism. america has allowed the bushs' to hijack american and plunging them into an illegal war based on lies.. hard to defend that.. i wish you all luck, you'll need it.

  • I agree that our economy is not doing so well and that the bush administration has caused many problems. However, I am not a pessimist. This is a time where many third world countries are gaining power. That is a good thing for the world economy as a whole and the US's economy. I recognizes that the US faces many problems, but I still realize that we have an amazing standard of life, a mix of great brain power from all over the world, and I am optimistic about the future.

  • Wow! What an awesome tie! So is that what a wealthy person wears, dang! =)

  • yeah like rainbows! i want a tie like that!

  • The main thing we need to get rid of is the "Federal" Reserve. Our government should be coining and controlling the money supply. The Fed is racking up interest against our government's war loans. And guess who is paying for that interest with their federal taxes? Mindless spending and compounding interest will seal the fate of future generations. And they will not be known as Americans. Inflation, deflation, depressions, etc are tools used by those that control the money supply.

  • Word. Fuck the Federal Reserve. check out that new $200 billion bail out.

  • Nocturnalc, I'm sure you've seen it, but every body else who wonders why you think what you think needs to watch a video called Money As Debt.

  • So we now know that the War in Iraq is NOT the a war for oil. Robert stated why the price of oil is going up. It's because of billions of cars being made. With that the price of oil needs to go up to support the manufacturing of new vehicles. Also the value of the dollar is going down, so prices need to go up to support that to. People who think that this is a war on oil are idiots. War is for politicians. Businessmen around the world are focused on change.

  • I think it mainly has to due with securing the dollar as the reserve currency of the world. They don't want countries like Iraq & Iran to switch to the Euro because others will follow suit & then there would be no use for a totally devalued dollar. No one would be bound to it to buy oil & the power of the petro dollar would be no more. The world bankers controlling the show are precisely timing the US economic collapse. They want it to be when the most amt of people are at their most desperate.

  • Is it me or does Robert Kiyosaki's wife look like Julia Roberts.

  • net work marketing is your friend. no one has the time nor the money to build a business from scratch. Piggyback on a pre-made business. I know of a business everyone can benefit from. Its not e-books or lotions&Potions. This business will revolutionize the world.

  • Without Robert Kiyosaki i would be nothing in life. I owe him my life.

  • He name drops him a few times and part four.

It sounds like he's his favorite candidate, but he knows that he is a chance of winning.

  • ok guys we know the dollar is going to crash and i'm looking for some smart people who want to take adavantage of this opportunity so we can work together. Hit me up if anyone here is up to the challenge, we don't have much of a choice.

  • We need to work together to put an alternative money supply...that is the only way we'll get out of this mess....if we can agree and not give up....we NEED a stable money supply....they have control over the food as well...profits or not, you will have a hard time keeping the wealth even if you make some

  • No it's just a transfer of wealth, the world isn't going to end, profits are just going to get transfered to other people. The worst case scenario is the U.S. using it's millitary under a dictatorship, but even during war you still need resources and investors get richer. It's too late for the dollar, the process is ireversable. The best we can do is get together and start a business, then use the money to invest.

  • if the dollar would be backed by gold....

the debt to foreign countries would increase in value.

the us should create a new currency that is backed by gold and silver.

  • very colourful tie ! XD

  • his tie is awesome, haha even if it is just a comp thing

  • thanks for the vids man. great for an outsider like me.

  • I really like Robert Kiyosaki, he is doing sincere and honest efforts to show people the opportunities so that they overcome poverty.

    sorry for the previous post..

  • What does this John T. Reed Gentlemen have against him?

  • I really like this man, he is doing sincere and honest efforts to show people the so that they overcome poverty.

  • Vote for Ron Paul!!!

He would bring back the gold standard

    and bring back the troops!!!

  • He wouldn't be able to. If he did, more Americans would be in trouble. Who can afford one ounce of gold? When America used the gold to back it's dollar prior to 1933, America was still an industrial nation. Today it's the age of information where people will use credit which would eliminate the gold standard.

  • goodolday,

But that credit should to be backed by something that has real value.

  • Yeah it's backed by your 24% interest rate. Welcome to 2008.

  • Stupid whig.

  • Robert for President !!!!!

    hanYngve, Norway.

  • Darth can you post the other parts? 2-5?

And thanks a lot for posting this its great perspective.

  • When down to the US and feel like a king with our resource strong dollar. Thanks Fed.

  • Cool vid and oh so true what Mr. Kiyosaki tells us, byebye industrial age and whether you like it or not, welcome into the information age. Thanx Darth Seif for sharin' this super vid!
