Why does Allah gets under the skin of a fish. When somebody gets under your skin, you become terribly annoyed & irritated. How would Allah feel if this fish got under his skin & started flipping its tail? Irritated, no doubt.
My fellow brother/sister; it is only a sign. A sign that inspires us everyday and greaters our bond with Islam and Allah. It is only meant to be appraised of. So cherish it, because it is a gift from God.
