Hi Klaus, That is a Rockwell Model 167A Power Planer. This one was probably made in the 70's. I was told that this model was popular with carpenters who used it to trim the bottom or top of wood doors to make them fit. It has a single spiral cutter about 1-1/4" in diameter.
