Have you not done science! There are no people with no fat diets who are muscular especially in developed countries. If people are not eating enough they become thinner and their muscles waste away. Everyone needs some fat storage to survive as cell membranes are made from fats. The skinniest people need fats or they will starve and eventually die. AND btw her muscles are there and they are big. i haven't seen any woman except on TV with as big arm muscles as hers.
