    Any advice on weight lifting or muscle building for kung fu practitioners?

  • Isometric and dynamic tension on the rhomboid muscle and turning at contact point between wrist and knee also can give training to the trapezius muscle.Hope Master Ng will provide more internal exercise of this nature.

  • 1/ Joins the palms, with the nose inspiration ,using the forearm and the chest muscle strength to open the palms and using both legs effort suppression at the same time.

    2/ With the mouth expiration, close the palms with the legs and use the shoulder muscles to suppress.

    3/ Repeat 1-2 for 5 times.

    4/ Practice 5 times in the morning and evening.

    Effect:

    Enhancement of shoulder and chest muscles and have a good effect on hypertension .

  • 1/ 合掌,用鼻吸氣同時用前臂及胸肌力向外推開.雙腿用力抑制.

    2/ 呼氣,用腿把雙手合上同時用肩斜肌抑制.

    3/ 重覆1-2 .共5次

    5/ 早晚各5次.

    功效:

    加強肩斜肌及胸肌力量,對治高血壓有良好效果.
