Why is Langer arguing against Meme's point about taxpayers paying for the lifestyle choices of others? They are basically on the same side: end welfare and other entitlements. I bet Meme would focus only on children if we didn't have entitlements but because we do entitlements, she has to include adults. She wants to follow the Constitution, it seems.
1) This new regulatory scheme doesn't reduce obesity one ounce while costing taxpayers huge amounts of money; and
2) The Constitution doesn't give the federal government the power to mandate that doctors put a "fat stamp" in people's PERSONAL and PRIVATE medical records.
If we want to focus on entitlement reform, I'm all for it. Place restrictions on what products can be bought with foods stamps, for instance.
If you want some real nutrition advice, go view the "FatHeadMovie" youtube channel, he has some great posts on how stupid MeMe is. "BMI is accurate for everyone except bodybuilders and professional athletes." = very STUPID comment!

I think it's fairly obvious:

Great debate! Now if she would just READ the Constitution! If looking in the mirror doesn't do the trick, I hardly think a fat stamp will either.
