I used to live in Jupiter w/ my family, still have good friends there with young kids. A pretty nice place, but still subject to the random, violent crime & craziness that prevails in So. FL. This tape brought me to tears. Mental illness, men w/ guns... What a combination.

Wow, nothing like a hysterical 911 Operator exasperate the situation. I mean, first she freaks out on the woman. Then the male states, "He shot multiple people". Then twenty seconds later she asks if anyone was shot. All the while some poor mother screams, "My Daughter", and begs to God. No wonder he just puts the phone down and walks away.

It seems that way lol, but they have to get as much information out of the caller as possible. Even a question that seems stupid may be important. Its important to know just what the man looks like and if anyone has been shot and about how many people are there. To us, these things may not seem important, but it may help the response team better handle the situation.
