I have an issue sometimes while I'm using the red eye correction too. I select the eye and then my computer beeps at me and doesn't make the change. What the heck do I do then??

ok here may be a dumb question......What is the difference between the clone tool & the heal tool they both seem to do the same thing....please explain the difference between the 2
