  • Legos are Awesome ,, would still play with them, and I am 24, hah ! , Good stuff on the Flip . "P2P" You can make money from A Air conditioner sitting on it until its Warm again , But Think about how much Money your Missing out Sitting on it ( $ XX. brings in X Profit in X amount of days Equate that to the X power of how many days your sitting on it , and see if it aint more than Waiting ., ) Plus you have Inventory , which sucks in sooo many ways < Love the vids Thanks !

  • Selling Legos on eBay is my full time job. They are very valuable!

  • Hey bud,

I got a question for you....I don't like ebay at all!!!!!! I think they suck.....is it still possible to find a lucrative selling platform(that works) instead of ebay? I've tried others and unfortunately they don't have the pull that ebay does. THanks

  • Legos never devaluate. Legos made in the 70s fit perfect with legos in the store today... so as long as legos are in stores, they will always be highly valued!

  • Wow, I had no idea legos were worth money!

  • I play with lego's and Im old..i'm a old bird

  • Are you considering leaving the picker business?

  • I ask for legos at every garage sale (thanks for the asking tip). Almost everyone with kids has them, but they dont want to part with them yet. I did score a big tub for $15. It would have brought about $125, but my son got em! Next one is mine. Thanks RP

  • Glad to see you're still alive and kickin'! You're right about the Legos. I bought 2 Star Wars sets (already put together) for $2 a couple years ago and got a NICE chunk of change for them. Wish I could score like that every weekend. Good luck w/ all the new stuff you're working on!

  • sounds like your learning internet marketing perhaps? thats what has me chained to my desk these days lol

  • Head on a swivel

  • Holy Cow! Excellent Lego haul! You might be able to get even a better profit if you sell them on Bricklink website.

  • So true, I found a Lego Mindstorms Robotics Invention System 2.0 for $5 at a thrift and made a very nice profit :-)

  • man i just made a really nice $30 profit on some legos i bought for $2.00 ;D

  • Are you becoming an auctioneer? I think you'd make a good one!

  • are you buying the trike!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i love your vids

  • Hey man.... Good to see your still alive and well...As far as doing videos maybe you could do a weekly update instead of disappearing altogether?. I don't know if I could go through life without a RP fix...

  • You Should See The People at my Thrift Store When They Put Out Legos! They act like each brick is a gold coin! Its kinda pathetic lol

  • @katiemariepatton Goodwill especially to me has become so greedy I never shop there any more. I would rather go to other thrift stores in my area.

  • @shadowfaxx1 Agreed. Don't know how goodwill is in other states, but here in oregon, you are practically paying retail price for a lot of the items. We also have other goodwills that are referred to as "the bins" which is basically buying things by the pound, so those can be good if you can find them. But yeah, completely agree on the goodwill thing. heck, the other day I found a goodwill downtown that was selling a shirt for 40 dollars. I'm not even kidding. Just plain ridiculous if you ask me.

  • @lieutenantlucas NC is just as bad. The Goodwill is pretty much over for me as a picker. I got some new spots though :)

  • @lieutenantlucas I agree and I resent it. I am also in Oregon and maybe it's a regional thing. God knows they are building all of these huge new buildings because they are making huge profits. I remember when thrift stores used to serve a purpose for helping out low income people as well as giving jobsto disadvantaged people. It is often better to shop for new clothes at the Gap or at garage sales rather than Goodwill. F Goodwill as far as I'm concerned.

  • Another thing is I recently went into a newer one (Goodwill) just to give it one more try, and the clothing was all mixed up in different sizes and the racks were so jammed up that you couldn't look at anything! There is one a bit further away from me, a Value Village and it is much better price wise and they have everything organized by size and it's easier to shop.
