Sources say that the AAC that night the noise level got up to 125 decibels. That can cause heariing loss! I think the game 6 mavs watch party was louder!
I was at this game and it was indeed the loudest NBA game I have ever attended. I have been in 6 different arenas, including Golden State's arena and Detroit's arena, but this topped them all. Mavs fans were throwing down that night and every Mavs bucket felt like a game-winner. What a great year to be a MAVS fan!
This was loud ... floor shook. AAC has modern acoustics and is overall bigger than Memphis or OKC, wherever that is. A smaller place will be louder ...

To be honest, I didn't think the crowd was that loud watching this. Madison Suare Garden gets MUCH louder than this during a big regular season game and the Knicks haven't even been good. Goes to show you how loud the Garden can get when the Knicks have a good squad. Not trying to diss the mavs or their fans as I am a Dallas Cowboys fan and the Mavs fans shit on the Heat fans (Miami fans are joke) but in actuality, this doesn't seem that loud to me for a huge shot in a huge NBA Finals game.

But I remember games that Dallas played at Reunion Arena and it did feel a lot louder there. I think it's simply a matter of having more cubic (or is it cubit) feet to fill with noise.
@mavsman78 ya the loudness of stadium has a lot to do with the design. Like the Kings arena is really old and pretty small with a pretty low ceiling + they have crazy fans so that place is extremely loud.
