It's three somi's total .. there is a 1/2 somi from the board to the vault and then 2 1/2 flips off of the horse .. You are considing the tucked somi's (the last two) as the only ones because he is not in contact with anything during the rotations. But you have to could the handspring phase as the third for a total of 3.
