If they're capable of setting up a radar trap (according to uploader's comments, this is how they caught him speeding), they are probably capable of getting his license plate numbers.

And if they didn't have the number, and this car floored it and ran, the police would just radio up other cops down the highway to look out for this car (not like this car is common). And now, the driver is actually in deep shit, we're talking jail time.

Also, if he was actually going way over the speed limit then why didn't the guy with the video camera get pulled over since he was right there with him? With these Gumball races, the local authorities are usually notified when the cars are on the highway. Sometimes they pull the cars (4 to 5 at a time) over only to inform them to not speed and that their fellow officers are all over. We were in the U.S. Gumball years ago and officers did this multiple times to people we met. Some gumballers were even pulled over in certain states for their radar detectors. Many BIG tickets were written: ) While others gave warnings and a thumbs up. Thats Gumball
